Nope. Specials and heavy are supposed to $#!+ on primaries, which is why special ammo and heavy ammo is harder to come by. Melees and grenade are obviously going to be better at damage. And I hope i don't have to explain why supers perform way better than primaries Honestly I think the game is the most balanced it's ever been. Maybe buff auto damage/range a bit but that's it.
