If MIDA is brought into it's archetype, very few people would use it. It's basically just an NL shadow with lightweight and third eye then. However, saying that it should be brought into its archetype wouldn't really work as it doesn't really have an archetype. It has a slower RoF than the NL shadow type, but more a smidge more impact. It also has less impact than the Hung Jury type, with a slightly higher RoF. It also has nearly identical range to shadow, giving it slightly worse drop off.
