YOU can be in Guardians Rising!
So I've been looking for new characters for Guardians Rising. I'm taking your suggestions and you can submit a character based around your Guardian.
If you don't know what Guardians Rising is, it is a Fanfiction I am writing with several other Guardians. It goes over the possibility of what would happen if the Raid on Oryx had failed.

Though not depressed, he hides his pain under a mask of duty and vigilance, all under his charming, charismatic personality. Maybe if he does something heroic, he can finally redeem himself in his own eyes. Acts more like a Hunter than a stereotypical Titan, yet is a staunch follower of the Striker Codex. Only notable piece of gear is the [i]Insurmontable Slullfort[/i] helm (which for the sake of lore, I'll put as a custom job); uses common or uncommon gear--traditional Vanguard-issue, instead of Legendaries or Exotics.

People revere him for his great feats like the vault if glass and killing a kell but he's slowly getting more and more afraid. Edging on losing faith to the light and being consumed by the dark he goes into the kings fall raid so he can finish what he started. And to do one last good before he falls.

Mines a basic warlock awoken. He left the reef in search of the last city, but was killed after his ship crashed. After being raised by a ghost many years later, he wants to learn of what has happened since his death. Going to the reef, he finds all his family has died, and realised there is no place for him in the reef anymore. Being saddened, but strengthened, he heads back to the tower with a newfound purpose: to stop the darkness in whatever way it could hurt anyone like it hurt him. He wears The Ram, or Voidfang vestments and uses the gun bad juju.

5 RepliesMine is a exo stormcaller who doesn't know a who he was or how he became a stormcaller. Unlike other guardians, he doesn't have a ghost, and probably never have one. He gets random flashbacks about the war that exo's were made to fight in. He is the mysterious one of the fireteam. He doesn't like violence. If it comes down to a fight, he will be the fastest fighter there is, so that hey don't have to shed more blood then they have to. He hates the taken and orryx, and will go against his peace oath if it means taking down taken and killing oryx. He also has very useful info and skills. Once, he went to the vex, and because he never had a ghost, they didn't shoot at him right away. He went up and started talking to the vex using a machine language, and learned that the vex weren't actually war machines. They were a peaceful robot, a beta test of the exos. They started a city in the black garden, but then the guardians destroyed the alter of there god, and the manifestation of the god that was there vanished. Now, they were moving on, trying to get away from the guardians and start a new village. And the reason why they attacked in the first place was that guardians saw them planting some flowers outside the black garden, and thought that the laser planters were weapons, so they shot them all down. The exo wears spektar armor with a black chroma glow. He uses a auto rifle and a sidearm. For his heavy weapon, he uses a 320 supercharged dreadfang.

He praises Dead Orbit for looking for ways to live without the Traveler, and the guardians who had left the city to find the power to defeat the Darkness, such as Toland. On the outside, he seems pretty chill, but on the inside, he's emotionally torn up, due to the fact that his Brother, Bjorn, had been murdered by the creator of the Infamous Red Death. He seeks to find this infernal machine and its creator, and to put him down like the crazed animal he is, in a Dredgen Yor versus Shin Malphur showdown. He is somewhat based upon my own Hunter, and thus, uses Handcannons and Sidearms, preferably the elegant Eyasluna and the Ironwreath.

This drives him to collect enemy weapons and technology so he can study and use them to his advantage. He one of the city's formost experts on the darkness, aside from Eris, and has been asked to take the position of titan vanguard before. Each time he has refuse. Cold, distant, and businesslike on the outside, he is the owner of the treads upon stars and was known for ruthlessly using whatever it took to win a fight, crucible or otherwise. He's motto is, "the enemy doesn't play fair, so neither should we."

7 RepliesKiria-5 is a relic Hunter. She takes absolute pleasure in stealing things and collecting artifacts. Being a Hunter means that she loves to fight in the crucible, no matter how many times she says she hates it. Going on patrols is something she does when no scoping Guardians just isn't enough. Killing Fallen, telling Warlocks they suck, flipping off other Hunters are a few of many things she enjoys on her travels. But overall, she can do good for the team, and will give her life for a fellow Guardian.... Who isn't the enemy

Brisingr is Midnight Exigent. He does not have a subclass and no one knows where he came from. He is aligned with the trinary star cult and despises the speaker and traveler but wants humanity to survive so he works with what he's got. He was not forged in light.

I am a renegade, lost in Time. With his fireteam decimated, Shield of Aegis; Lightless and broken at his feet, Xio is defeated in a desperate battle against Atheon, losing his eye... and his partner in the process. Xio and his damaged ghost were tossed through a Vex portal, plunged into a time that was not their own. Passing through the Portal brought them to a time overrun with Vex, beginning a desperate struggle for survival until they found another active Gate. For centuries they wandered. Raiding Vex outposts and settlements, passing through Gate after Gate. The Vex technology affecting Xio's body in an astounding way; stopping the ageing process completely. The damage to the Ghost was fatal if left alone, forcing it to repair itself using Vex technology, leaving it open to corruption from the Vex hive mind. As the corruption began nearing the Ghosts core, it dismantled itself in a last ditch effort for survival and (using a method derived from studying the Vex) grafted it's Core into Xio's body fusing itself to Xio's brain and replacing his ruined eye. After centuries of searching, They eventually discovered an active Time-Bridge. Leading them to a Vex Mind they hadn't encountered before. A familiar voice piercing into his head; "Stay where you are Guardian, help is on the way." "Don't bother with the help, just send a ship Ikora". [spoiler]when the dispatched fireteam arrived, all they found was a thoroughly looted pile of Vex scrap.[/spoiler] [spoiler]props to the people who pick up the blatantly obvious Reboot references lol.[/spoiler]

An exo Titan who speaks no words, only in actions and small grunts. They call him "Grunt" (as in a reference to halo and the sounds he makes) he wields no primaries... None. He wields a light machine gun, a sword, and a rocket launcher. He is very buff and substantially taller than the rest of the guardians. Sort of like groot from guardians of the Galaxy

1 ReplyA titan named mark-11, nobody has record of his existince prior to him becoming level 40. He goes on about an alternate past and the vex, but it seems luke nonsense. As he fights and defends, he tries to figure out wh he is.

1 ReplyQuinn, a stormcaller Warlock, Male human. Who tends to be a smart a** due to his imense knowledge of things. Quinn also maneges to almost kill himself all the time. Favorite weapon is an arc sword, but uses auto-rifles and snipers as well.
