i had this same thought last night. You cannot kill a good player with a primary because they will always hide if you have the advantage. That is why universal remote is everywhere. It takes a great play for a sniper to stop a titan running at them... even if they are not using jug shield. This is the camp in spawn meta because ttk calls for it. Shotgunners need to push hard so snipers cant get lanes... then snipers sit back in spawn because they cant push at shotgunners.... then everyone pulls out universal.... This would change if pulse rifles 2-3 pulsed and all other ttk was higher. People would have to disengage faster when their sniper is challenged and people wouldnt be able to run across the map with a jug shield. It would force people to win using positioning.
