Remove heavy completely from PvP.
Make special super scarce and it disappears entirely upon death.
Also, completely remove snipers in D2.

This is so immensely drastic it's hilarious. There really should be a competitive playlist (no heavy, sbmm, and no Anomaly.) And a non-competitive playlist (cbmm, two heavies every round, large maps ((bastion, skyshock, first light)) This would be a step in the right direction.
