The thing is it was never a bad shotgun, it was just outclassed by other shotguns(kinda like Mida was outclassed by other primaries during Y1). Imo Universal should have been like the Chaperone, a shotgun that has alot of range but can only benefit from it by landing headshots.

Maybe.... But i do not think it should compete at all with someone using a shotgun as their secondary. No land is not as good as other snipers... it is good... but not as good. Universal is arguably the best shotgun in the game. It has crazy range when a headshot is hit and shoots faster then most of the shotguns used.
