Do you play with a friend that has a higher skill level?
My friend has a .75 k/d and I have about a 2.00
The SBMM makes it impossible for us to play together in Crucible because the gap in his skill versus the players I go against makes it frustrating for him. I don't think going less than a .5 k/d and basically feeling like a giant anchor is a fun feeling for him.

Yep. I have a 0.8 k/d. My friend i normally play with is about a 1.25 all time and climbing. The more i play with him, the worse my k/d gets. Sucks because i enjoy playing with him but i drag us down so bad. I feel the same way in my clan. We get a 6 man fireteam going, i'm always way at the bottom stinking the joint up, not even in the hunt. Cost us many a game.
