Yeah, I can see how people buying inferior internet is an issue. It's their issue. Bungie needs to ban those accounts from PVP and respect those of us who have purchased Premium internet plans. Not punish us for those who are too cheap to do so.

I totally understand...I really do. Just like leaving legacy systems behind, sooner or later there will come a threshold for internet service---i just hope I'm on the right side of that threshold when it happens.
