They are amateurs, because in this game, SBMM is ruining the experience of the majority of their player base. Way to many complaints have been made about it; and not one single reaction has been made about it.
Removing it = satisfying customers with one of the top current requests. • Professional -> Satisfied customers return.
Keeping it = Further dissatisfying customers by ignoring their complaints. • Amateur -> Angry or dissatisfied customers will choose other products.
Being professional has nothing to do with other companies and their products/customers. It's what they do with their own product and customers.

Edited by Unit215: 8/31/2016 9:46:29 PMIt appears you have but a small view on the variety on modern developer studios & publishers. ;) A wide range of different ideals is available for anybody to play. Edit: This wasn't meant to offend you btw, just to push you into finding some new awesomeness! :D + It's not the Dev's or the Publishers; it's usually a small competitive group within a game's community (whom bear loud voices) that request the balancing changes. Unfortunately, Bungie's Destiny project is run by an influential team(due to the problems before launch; and their inexperience with Destiny). This caused them to grant the wrong requests; and made their game a true Frankenstein. Walking, but could you still call it alive?
