Way to many complaints have been made about it; and not one single reaction has been made about it. Removing it = satisfying customers with one of the top current requests. • Professional -> Satisfied customers return. Keeping it = Further dissatisfying customers by ignoring their complaints. • Amateur -> Angry or dissatisfied customers will choose other products. Being professional has nothing to do with other companies and their products/customers. It's what they do with their own product and customers.
