Spainiards are not Latin American. They are European. You probably thought i meant "Hispanic". I did not. Spain and Italy have notoriously poor internet connections compared to the rest of Europe. I do not know why. Though i am also in the NE US, so playing against Mexicans, Guatamalans or Brazilians also seems to just be an awful connection at times.
