Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

1 Reply6 days ago I bought a ps4 as well as legendary edition w/TTK looking to upgrade my legacy guardians in anticipation of ROI. If you would have told me I wouldn't play for a whole week + thereafter I'd have laughed. Now, here we are... Disbelief.

This is getting ridiculous!!! A whole week or more?!? You guys better seriously give us the DLC for free! We all bought the newer systems specifically for The RoI and now we can't even play?! I'm still trying to import my PS3 characters to my ps4 KStew666 for both Please fix asap!

Swissmissusa Ps4 Bought a new ps4 and game. Tapir error while trying to transfer over to ps4. Already sold my ps3 to help pay for the ps4. Its been days now. I feel like I'm out about 500 dollars for everything just so I can be able to play destiny and haven't been able to play at all. If need be I can provide receipts to prove when I bought the ps4, destiny game, and PlayStation plus card. And also once it is fixed I have to pay for the taken king AGAIN!!! After all we been through we should atlest get that for free. Please fix soon.

Say something on this issue, it is like watching rain in my country in winter. I have more than 7 days waiting to play and can not , in my PS3 and my new PS4 I get centipede or tapir respectively, now I can not play in any console , that is what I understood happend , I must buy back all in PS4 and forget my investment that I have done for two years on my PS3 ?

Platform: Playstaion 4 Error Code: Tapir PSN ID: cranksam Tried to import my PS3 Charakters. I would delete them form my ps3. i didnt play very much. I started on ps3, then I played it on xbox one. But now, i wanted to go back to playstation... But I still want to use my PSN ID :(

9 RepliesMINIONofME here , was just wondering if anyone out there has contacted any of the media ( gamer mags , youtube channels, etc. etc. ) I have a contact with the Game Informer magazine/ web site and I fully intend on informing ! After 7 days of tapir error code , I'm starting to get perturbed. I find it daunting that a company such as Bungie can allow this to continue for such a long time period. When you sell a product , you should stand by your product. Make sure your product retains and creates revenue. This should be ran like a well oiled machine . You Bungie needs a make-over ! I really hope Bungie makes amends with all of its faithful gamers in one way or another. END RANT !
