Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

Xkinght1 , purchased xbox 1 and destiny , tried to transfer game content from 360 to xbox 1 and got error code "tapir" cannot play game , I purchased xbox 1 specifically to continue to play Destiny !!!how long till you fix this Bungie ?

1 ReplyBungie I hope you fix this... maybe give everyone experiencing the problem free Rise Of Iron expansion seeming how everyone upgrading systems and downloading the game is doing to play the new expansion due to it only being available on XBOX one and PS4... Bungie please address this as I truly have a friend who bought another/2nd ps4 after he sold his just to play this expansion and gets the error code Tapir due to downloading the game again on his existing ps4 account. I however am able to log in and play no problem with existing account and game... #PLEASEHELPBUNGIETAPIRSUCKS

It lets me pick a character the just sat on the loading screen. Going on what other people have said on here as well how come its taken this long to rectify the problem or at least comment on the situation. Just to top it off as well I have just checked my friends list and there is 6 people still on Destiny? Will this be fixed any time soon?
