Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

TheOGLilPrik. Trying to import from 360 to Xbox one. 3 days of tapir now. Hope u guys resolve the issue. I have been playing since year one and invested countless hours into my characters and vault not to mention, as of the newest dlc, 200$ I have been informed that if we don't import our characters to the new console we lose all our old system stuff. I really hope the problem is solved because I don't wanna start fresh. If it's not fixed by the new dlc launch I hope u at least import our characters for us.

We all would love to play right now. As a company that owns a game like this i feel that us customers/players should get some info. Why should we get a game that cannot even be played? We can't even get an update.

XBOX 1 : Necta1 Hello, I am affected by tapir and so are around 900 others(currently). We haven't even had an update on it since you've said you found the cause and it's been 2 days! At least tell us what the problem is! Your say information will come as it becomes available and you've not even told us when you've estimated to fix it!

3 RepliesOk all my theory is that bungie is going to fix it on some new patch that they release on the weekly reset on tuesday just a theory tho who knows they certainly havent been keeping us posted and updated with "new information as it becomes available" like they said they would so i hope my theory is correct, maybe even proven wrong, maybe they will fix it later tonight so we can all play on monday at least, i can only hope

Xbox one. NextFlameX. I am trying to get into the game and i get the tapir code. I think i speak for everyone when i say we want an uptade on the issue. I understand that it takes time fix an issue, but we would like an explanation and an estimated time until the problem is resolved.

BUNGIE, please provide us the community with some feedback and an ETA. As a Leader with a Fortune 50 company this would be unacceptable customer service and just cause for accountability in which I hope there is some. Any normal company would require proper follow up and a sense of urgency in which you are currently failing at. We "Your Employer" deserve better customer service regarding these errors and if your staff is not capable of fixing them then I would look at your hiring methods or subcontracting someone who can. We only ask that we get the proper service we are "All" paying for.
