I'd expect hourly updates until this is resolved....messaging 'as and when' isn't really good enough without an SLA on a fix. Especially given the communications teams/managers you employ whose job it is to do this. Players are locked out of the game!!! Players who have invested a lot of money to play destiny......time to take this seriously!!!
