Bungie I know you wont be listening to this or anyone elses comments so far because if you were you would have given an update on the situation after your initial post which was 41 hours and 850+ posts ago. Your game is great, it is the best game of its kind in the field but your customer services is the WORST of any company, even cold callers respect the people more than you. I think I speak for all that are effected when I say that this has taken far too long especially with NO UPDATE on the situation at all. I have patiently waited and hoped as I have turned onto Destiny on the ps4 to be able to play the game but my patience is wearing very thin. GIVE US AN UPDATE OR FIX IT NOW.
I have been waiting for 2 days now but others have been waiting longer, up to 4 days. In the 41 hours since you posted people have started nicely hoping it will be fixed within a couple of hours and provided their details, but as time has elapsed we are all annoyed and on the verge of asking for a full refund or a substantial in game gift.
THIS HAS GONE ON TOO FAR JUST EMPLOY THE FIRST PERSON YOU OUTSIDE THE BUNGIE HQ AND GET THEM TO REPLY TO US WITH ANYTHING AS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR ONGOING COMPLAINTS.

Por lo visto a los de Bungie no les importa nuestras quejas. Se ha limitado a decir que sus ingenieros estan trabajando en el problema y que tengamos paciencia. He invertido mas de $8,500.00 (ocho mil quinientos pesos MX - 450 Dolares) entre la PS4 y Destiny (Legendario) para seguir jugando este titulo, y es frustante saber que despues de 6 dias no existe una sola solucion por parte de Bungie a este problema. Tal parece que lo que menos le interesa a los de Bungie son los usuarios del juego, a quienes solo recurre cuando se les quiere vender algo. Francamente como abogado estoy pensando seriamente solicitar la devolucion de mi dinero, no solo por el fraude que se esta comentiendo, sino por la total falta de respeto hacia todos nosotros! Saludos a toda esta hermosa comunidad.

I've been having this error code ever since I upgraded my account from PS3 to PS4. It's been 4 days now. whenever I accept the account transfer procedure. It says it's signing in and then the error code shows up "Tapir". And I've been thrown back to the menu screen. They are not even fixing this issue.

I agree it's been only a day for me since I found out about the error went to transfer from ps3 to ps4 no go due to tapir I'm already wore thin on the subject my self after having started my own forum comment so far I have seen no update from them only news about their awesome fun time in pax west (hope your enjoying your "vacation") being in the dark is no surprise for me with bungie but seeing that it's been going on for several days for some players its ridiculous we do deserve some explanation bungie where are you

What I think we should get is a them adding a support number I found 425 440 6800 on google maps as their number but it's only if you know an Bod IT I asked the one I guessed luckily when it'll be fixed so he said Tuesday keep your damn fingers crossed
