They are deserving of criticism. We paid (handsomly) for a service we are being denied. Long weekend or not, if my job calls me in on the weekend, I answer the call. With 1000 + customers it should be a top priority as it makes them look very bad. They have the $ and resources to service this game 24/7. Problems do happen understandably, although they should adress and update frequently as it seems we've been left in dark
