Man they haven't even tried to help anyone of us. Simply terrible... When you pay for something you should get what you paid for we are not even remotely getting close

When something like this happens and a lot of people are effected, Bungie trying to troubleshoot one player at a time might not help. Since I don't know enough, I can't say for sure, but it sounds like they're actively investigating something on their end or something other than directly on our end. In a case like that, you don't try to help individuals but rather everyone at once.
