  • This is getting a little ridiculous bungie. I went out, bought a brand new Xbox one Slim, bought destiny and pre-ordered rise of iron all last Thursday. Tried to log in, received the error message, thought "I'll just try again tomorrow" only to find the same thing, and that this thread popped up. When I saw it would be fixed soon I was relieved, and felt good that I wasn't the only person, because more people having the problem means it's a more pressing problem, right? Apparently not.... You say we'd get updates on progress, and I get it, no progress no update, but what bothers me is that there is no progress. How many full days have you had try to fix an error that you supposedly know why it's being caused? I don't believe it. You guys are losing a little credibility in my eyes, and I've always been the one to brag about how good your customer service is, getting out hot fixes fast since the days of halo. But this is honestly ridiculous.
