I am having the tapir error code on my Xbox one is this something to do with the collection of destiny

Are you trying to import your account? And then upon agreeing to importing you're then hit with Tapir? As that's the source (since it's the shared experience)

Same as the rest of us. We haven't heard anything from Bungie in an ETA of when it'll be solved, but the current theory is that it'll be solved for the weekly reset (Tomorrow).
