could someone from bungie please tell me how i can go about getting a refund because i purchased ttk just a few weeks ago and basically the games broken and im 100% sure that im well within my rights to get a full refund seeing that the game simply dont work

You forgot it's not their fault bungie is closed and locked up Monday because Labor Day they get the day off sadly it's locked so there are no backup guys

As soon as the DEV'S get off their asses it will be fixed. They were over in Germany and now this three day weekend has suspended it for a while.

I'm thinking the same. I bought an Xbox one expressly because of this game, and got the collection for $60 only to be unable to play any of it..
