XBOX 360 / XBOX ONE - TAPIR ERROR CODE!

Tried to swap over from X360 to XBONE but I couldn't even log in this weekend.
Also accumulated enough coins for The Last Word but couldn't buy it because the error persisted so long that Xur is already gone.
I'd like The Last Word added to my guardian and have the coins subtracted from my inventory
