I just did that a few minutes ago. Also tagged Activision Support, just because they seem to be replying to errors more than BungieHelp, for some reason...

People could also start tagging popular Destiny Youtubers and Twitch Streamers to get this known. We could also try tagging gaming news outlets (GameRant, GameInformer, Kotaku, IGN), and try to get a hashtag (#RiseOfTapir) trending, maybe... I get that this is the weekend (Labor Day doesn't give everyone off, so that's no excuse), but it's also their job. However, it feels like over a thousand players have went ignored, just because we're part of that "less than 10%" of the player-base from Legacy consoles. Most other gaming companies out there would have came in, even on their off days, to fix such a blunder, because it affects their image. For some reason, though, Bungie seems confident (read: egotistical) enough to assume that their players will stick by them, even through this... Everyone is assuming that Tuesday, everything will be fixed... But isn't their next patch on the 8th (Thursday)?
