I'd would like compensation for my 5 to likely 14 days of disruption/denial of paid service and likely loss of my characters (being as this is likely a catastrophic database error for those up grading). If it comes to me Lossing my characters then yes nothing less free ROI, and 2 character packages will satisfy. Not that I'll get it but yes id say Bungie is about to lose a thousand or so customers...I'm hoping that my suspicions are incorrect.
