Just upgraded to Xbox one and my account Max d stroyer is now unable to play destiny. I only upgraded for this game and would've loved to remain on 360 and play there. My first day with an Xbox one is going wonderfully

Problem is, they are probably all on vacation this past week and have no clue about this issue since it's Labor Day weekend . The message is probably a generic auto reply. I too busted ass to upgrade to a One in order to be able to play with friends that already had it. How disappointing this week has been after investing so much time and money.
