I personally think this a generic auto reply. Think about it. Labor Day weekend. They've probably been on vacation since Monday last week and have no clue about what is going on. Just crappy timing to have upgraded. I dunno. Maybe the amount of players to do so and logging in for the first time overloaded that server. I can't help but wonder if we will have to wait for it be fixed when they shut down the servers on Thursday for 8 hours for maintenance. If that's the case, don't count on being able to play before the weekend.
