We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.

It's obvious from the countless posts made, plus the comments in this thread, that tempers are flaring, and Bungie's silence on the issue is not doing anything to allay that anger. It was said that Deej and Cozmo want better communication with players with Rise of Iron, can we see some better communication now? An ETA would be fantastic, but at the very least just an update to the thread here saying something to the effect "We apologise for the delay and we are working on a solution, sorry for the inconvenience." That's literally all you need to do, just to ease some players anger, but we don't even get that. Bad news is better than silence
