I am still encountering this issue with the TAPIR error code. The problem is occurng for the Playstation 4 version of Destiny. My Playstation Network ID is the following: RidTheArmy.
Furthermore, my friends are able to play Destiny without any problems. I have the regular edition of Destiny.
