We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.

PSN ID muzikman395 - Upgrade from PS3 to PS4 I purchased the upgrade Friday, and after receiving the TAPIR error code a dozen times I have been logging in, waiting, checking this update page, as well as the twitter page to no avail. This is pretty bad customer service, even for a holiday weekend. It's now been 5 days since your initial post and no update? Luckily for me I already have the hardware and am only out the $39.99 for the update, but it seems like there are a lot of people out there who have shelled out a lot more than that. I love the game and want to play, but this is most definitely leaving a bad taste in my mouth...
