Hey it's not made obvious but they've added/edited the comment of the topic, they've now identified the cause of the issue and are working on it.

The first post said that! It was posted Friday. The edit is simply the Twitter account linking to this thread which has zero new info.

Investigated and identified. The only update is the 6/9 where they copy pasted the tweet into the post, which links to this topic so now everyone can see how long we have been ignored for!
