Bungie actually had the Tapir error last year, but it wasn't as bad as this.

Sence this is the second time of the issue they should work hard to find a permanent solution

I agree. But apparently we have to wait until Thursday before its fixed because Bungie was too busy at PAX and enjoying their Labor Day weekend :)
