There's no advantage whatsoever with hip firing this weapon anymore. You can get effective enough stability from ADS and a better chance at precision shots that way, regardless. The target acquisition doesn't help with landing precision hits, which are the bread and butter of the hand cannon variety. Any hand cannon in PvE is gonna be better for the reliable precision shots alone. I never had issues getting over killed by this gun in PvP, but I hear a lot of folk fuss about that. The auto-fire is the only truly unique thing about this weapon now, so change the TLW perk to something else, like a reload or magazine refill perk....or increase it's damage to minions of the darkness. Make TLW great again in PvE
