FEATURE REQUEST
Allow players to control which gear slots are affected / unaffected by shaders.
A system similar to how a player is able to LOCK / UNLOCK an item from accidentally deleting / infusing an item would seem logical enough to be used as a method to Block / Unblock currently-equipped-shader - for each of the following gear-slots :
Helmet
Gauntlets
Chest Armor
Leg Armor
Class Item

Recently, Bungie's Dev-team has identified the community's desire for individual expression. They have responded to this by overhauling the system and refining it, in order to provide the player-base with new gear and tool-sets to allow for a more diverse level of customization than what had been made available, initially.
Now that the 2.4.0 update is live, an equipped-shader will, also, affect a Guardian Class-Item.
This had gotten me to thinking,
"What if we had the power to control the shader-behavior in such a way that, for example, if Player-X likes the Thunderdevil Shader but he/she thinks that their Guardian would look better if their Helmet & Gauntlets were unaffected by the shader-in-use".

500% yes! Put a shader on my hunter last night exited that it would change my queens cloak to red.....nope WHITE! Why in the absolute -blam!- would a primarily RED SHADER change my cloak white!
