Hey Look! A Blind Girl!
This was the first time she'd stepped foot in a new place for a while. For the past six years she'd just sat around in her old pad, sitting on a huge pile of credits after a completed bounty. The first she'd been on. She stepped foot into the small town below, just to find this place she'd heard of. The place was called the Dojo, and she heard that there was some people of interest in this place, and she intended to meet them. Onlookers nearby had glanced at her as she passed, yet another traveler was trying to get into the Dojo, a feat accomplished by many, but those many were among the strongest in the universe. She knew she was nowhere near this top tier, but that's why she was going there. She stumbled over a rock, and fell to the ground. She quickly got up, and dusted off her green silk robe that covered her gray top and pants. She also wore a pair of grey shoes, dusty from sand. She had now realized that her long hair had gotten tangled with the back of her robe, that would be complicated to sort out. Her black hair usually almost dragged the ground, but it was a bit longer this time. It was at this moment that she realized that her mask had fallen to the ground, looking much like a wolf. Her backpack's contents had spilled on the ground, but wasn't that interesting. It held a bag of trail mix, and some bottles of water. There was one thing there that was interesting, though. A small, blue sphere, but it was quickly stashed away. She picked up, and put it on. The red lenses covered her murky, brown eyes, which were... Broken. She didn't have sight like everyone else. She was blind, but did "see" by using echolocation. After regaining her composure, she continued to walk through the village, and it sure took her a while to get to the steps of the Dojo.
She had finally reached the steps of the mighty Dojo, being very excited by the prospect of meeting some powerful people. It was then that she began to walk the steps. She climbed the steps slowly, admiring the view of the town from above. It was at this point that she heard a soft growl, and "looked" in its direction. There stood two large wolves, looking for blood. She immediately pulled out a revolver, and she fired in its general direction. One of the wolves brains were splattered across the steps. She holstered the revolver, and pulled a sword from her hip. She sprinted at the wolf, and decapitated it with one swipe. The green sword was now coated in blood, but she wiped it against the beast's fur, then sheathed it. She continued up the steps.
After a short while, she reaches the gates, waiting for anyone to respond.
"Hello? Anyone there?"

A loud "SHING" noise was heard just behind the woman, which was accompanied by the sounds of machinery shifting about. A hand reached out to the back of the woman's neck, but it dragged her back. It seemed somebody wished to fight her, and this somebody had a grappling hook for a hand.
-
She fell backwards, because that's how physics works. She flipped onto her stomach, and quickly got up. She looked at her attacker, while drawing her revolver.
-
Her attacker's hand retracted back onto his wrist, and the long wire that connected the arm and person rested inside his right arm as well. The figure that stood there was JT, equipped with Triple Tap in his left hand and his right arm on his bandolier, where he loaded two uranium shells. A look of slight confusion crossed his well aged face as he looked to the woman, though he immediately dismissed it. "Who are you, why'd you come here?"
-
"Holy... It's you! It's been a really long time! It's me, Keri! I was just looking for some powerful guys to meet!"
-
"Well welcome Keri, to the Dojo."
-
"Do you remember who I am? I can't exactly tell." The writer heavily implies that tone of voice does indeed matter.
-
"Keri, the one person I told that I was going to kill myself, even though I was faking my death. That was what, sixteen years ago now? Seventeen?" JT asked as he tilted his head to the right just a tad bit.
-
"Yeah! Somewhere around there... God, I still remember the day I met you. All those days, the NWH, it's bee such a long time!"

Edited by Inflatablepants: 9/10/2016 8:43:58 PMThe red samurai armoured man blended into the wall beside the gate. It was normal that no one saw him at first...but this character that stood before him was different. He continued to stand still, observing the woman.
-
She tapped on the hard material of her mask, and it made a soft clicking. After a second, she finally looked right at where the samurai was standing. "I know you're there. I can hear you."
-
((Samurai's a statue)) JT smiled to Keri as he kept his tilted head. "That's a statue."
-
"No. It's a robot. Or a person. I can't tell. I can hear its insides moving." Keri is clearly set on edge by it.
-
"Whatever it is, it freaks me the hell out."
-
"I am still present Sensei JT...."
-
"Agreed... It makes me interested, though. I want to know what it is..."
-
"Once again...right here."
-
"So I was right! Who, or what, are you? I can exactly tell. In the slightest."
-
"Why for you finish your conversation with JT first? I don't think he hears me yet..."
-
"Honestly, I don't really think he's paying attention. It's really hard for me to tell. It's been a really long time since I've seen him."
-
"Agreed." JT simply stated as he walked back into the open gates of the Dojo. "Welcome."
-
"Why do I even try?" The samurai goes back to standing at his post.
-
"It's good to be here. Now, I brought a little something with me..." She pulls a bottle of whiskey from her pack after walking into the Dojo. "Always bring a few bottles with me."
-
"Ah, good woman, Whiskey's the shit." JT allowed a bottle of whiskey to appear in his hands as he unleashed it from his skin holsters, before he started to drink up.
-
Keri also began to drink, but not at the rate JT was. She preferred to savor her drinks, rather than just drink them. She really wanted that long, drawn out buzz.
