"WITNESS ME, DOJO! FOR I AM YOUR RECKONING!!"
The Nameless King's deep voice boomed from the heavens as the God himself slammed down from the sky, electricity coursing from his muscles as he rose from the crater he had caused as he landed. His Dragonscale armor had been shined, his 11'4 foot long swordspear coursing with bright yellow lighting. The golden crown he wore stood out among the strands of ash protruding from his headdress, the gold gleaming brightly in the sunlight.
He would destroy the Dojo. It was time to end this.
Once and for all.
Of course...he had to consider her.
What if she was coming? What if...what if she could stop him?
No. That wouldn't happen. It would be impossible.
He was the son of GWYN. A GOD. He was unstoppable. He was immortal.
The King roared as he began his approach, each step he took shaking the barren dirt beneath him.
Open.
Yes, the King dies.
No, he will not die to you.
He will die to someone rather...special.
He ducks under the swing Your second mistake was attacking with rage. You of all people should know when fighting to keep a clear mind He slashes upwards, then spins and slashes again
-
Reeling back, the slashes had cut right through the King's armor, blood dripping as he growled with fury. "You..."
-
He readies his blade, preparing to strike The final thing, is that you are arrogant. So proud of your power, that you forget where you came from.
-
Blood still dripping from the Nameless King's wounds, he began to speak, before looking back at something behind Rorek. "...N-No."
-
What, see something you don't like? He glances over his shoulder.
-
"...NO..." For at that moment, a figure had arrived at the Dojo gates, staring eerily at the Nameless King. It had a feminine posture, extremely thin yet standing straight and tall, her height 5'9. Her entire body was hidden away by a fortified suit of steel, ceramic, kevlar, and carbon, the red and ash colored grey fabric burnt. Her head was hidden away by a metallic knightess helm, visor lowered at the moment. She held out her hand, and a coiled greatsword formed within it, the blade of the weapon igniting in flames. She spoke, and it became clear of who she was. "King. Son of Gwyn, Master of Ornstein. Let us end this." Anri. Unable to speak out of an apparent fear for the knightess, the Nameless King backed away, his grip tightening on his weapon as he did so. Anri only nodded towards Rorek, silently approaching her enemy, who was now around 10 feet away from the two.
-
He nods back, and clears the way for her Huh, was wondering where you disappeared too.
-
"It's complicated." Anri sounded both older and much more serious, sounding as if she had gone through a lot since she had been gone. The King had begun to back away still, eventually bumping into one of the walls of the Dojo.
-
He watches the mighty king cower Well we should catch up some time, a lot of shit has happened.
-
"K..." Anri kept moving, while the King began to attempt to fly off. However, he seemed to exhausted to do so. The battle with Rorek had tired him out.
-
He watches The grown woman approach the king. Its like she's a different person.....
-
"You dare attack the son of Gw-" "For the love of God, shut up." The knightess immediately jumped towards the Nameless King, dodging a horizontal slash in the process, and then slamming the tip of her sword into the King's leg. As the ex-god reeled over in pain, Anri withdrew the sword from his leg and then found a new spot to attack the King at. His throat. Rorek watched the rather grotesque events occur, which first began with Anri slamming her sword's blade right into the King's unarmored neck, shattering the god's spinal cord and killing him on the spot. She dragged the blade out, backing away as the Nameless King slumped over, an orange light emitting from his body and surrounding Anri. His soul. Anri turned around, wiping the King's dark blood off of her sword. "So...Good to be back."
-
He stares for a moment before engaging back with Anri Not really sure what that was about, but alright.
-
"Yeah...I knew he was gonna try hitting this place for a while, sorry...I should've said something, got this place ready. Of course, it doesn't matter now." She sighed, swinging her sword around playfully.
-
His transformation reverts, and he sighs as he sheaths his blade. He rubs his side as a new scar forms Eh it's fine, it's good to see you again.
-
"You too, Rorek. You too..." She chuckled awkwardly, looking at the Twilight in the distance. "Damn. Still haven't got this stuff cleaned up? Ugh."
-
Yeah, I'm not sure what's taking my father so long. A concerned look forms on his face. Ive got a bad feeling about all this.....
-
"Yeah...it should've ended by now, really...oh well." Anri sighed, the sword in her hand suddenly becoming a fragment of a coiled blade.
-
Rorek took note of this Nice blade, what exactly is it?
-
Edited by Orn: 9/12/2016 11:08:03 AM"This? Pulled from the Kiln of the First Flame itself. Yeah...trust me, long story. You don't wanna know." Looking back at the Dojo, Anri simply nodded, expression hidden by the helm she wore. "Still standing, huh? It's been a while..."
-
Yeah, although the village did get damaged in the attack yesterday. Lost a lot of civilians.
-
"I heard...shame. We'll just have to rebuild, I guess... Should I...go ahead and go inside of the Dojo? Just wondering."
-
Yeah, your apartment is how you left it. Nothing was touched.
-
"Great. Great..." Anri went silent, looking back at Rorek silently, nodding her head. "Thanks, Rorek. Hope your dad comes back safe."
