So I know that there will be new Trials and IB gear coming in ROI but I don't think the current sets should be retiring, or at least not the armour. I think they should still be available but from a difficult source, for example the Trials gear could be available for purchase from a vendor only located in the Lighthouse, its optional if you want to acquire it, but you don't have to. The same can be done for IB armour, only available from a vendor at Felwinter's Peak, meaning if you want some of that armour, you will need the expansion to get it. But this should only be done for the armour as customising our guardian is a great deal becasue we try our best to look unique from one another and I think retire armour is the wrong way to go, I support weapon retirement as it changes our loadout options. But the armour should be a hefty price, meaning there is nearly no point in purchasing them when you could just be rewarded the new ones from competing in the events. I don't know if other people are thinking the same or I'm the only person with a dumb option, please tell me what you think about this.
