A girl, in her late teens, stumbles to the entrance of the Dojo, struggling to hold the weight of her backpack. Upon reaching the gates, she drops her bag and falls to her knees with a soft groan. The girl is obviously injured and exhausted.

"No. To train. So that one day I might no longer have to run."
-
"Good. With that kind of goal, you should do well." *I get up, cracking my neck before heading towards the door* "Well, see ya around kiddo." *I wave lazily before opening the door and leaving*
end
The massive gate slowly creaked open, showing a six foot tall and rather muscular man - both things being rather surprising considering his angular face had a few wrinkles, and his short hair was a silverish grey. Jason - without asking any questions - swiftly approached the girl, his heavy duty military shoes making gentle thuds whenever they hit the stones that made the path. "Ya look like ya've been to hell and back, lass," Jason said, his voice rough but powerful. He squatted at like beside the girl, slipping his right arm through the two.. carry thingies of her backpack, pulling it up to his shoulder. He then swiftly picked the girl up bridal style, lifting her while as simultaneously getting back into a standing position. He then quickly started walking back to the Dojo, the gate closing behind him. "Mind tellin' li'l ol' Jason what happened to ya?"
-
The girl struggles weakly, an attempt to wrench herself from Jason's grip. "Let...go..."
-
"Calm down, lass. I'm just bringing ya to the medical area so them eggheads can patch ya right up. Ya'll able to rest there, too." He said resolutely, not planning on letting go as he swiftly walked, each of his steps big and smooth.
-
The girl stays silent all the way, seemingly about to pass out.
-
Jason started jogging, quickly going through hallways and soon ending up in courtyard B1, where he brought the kid to the medical area. "I haven't a clue what's wrong, but just patch the lass up, will ya?"

Edited by Crestfalling: 9/13/2016 8:35:08 PMThere are bullet wounds on her left arm and right leg, as well as a fractured left forearm.
-
"Hot diggity damn, ya got fücked up, didn't ya, lass?" Jason silently said to himself while the doctors started patching the girl up, pulling out any bullets there may be while ago cleaning and stitching the wounds, before wrapping them with a bandage. All after they had put her under, of course. Then they started working on her forearm, cutting it open carefully, and readjusting the broken bones or however that procedure goes, before stitching and cleaning the wound, and putting the arm in a cast.
-
After the procedure, the girl lies down on a bed. After a few seconds, she turns to Jason, and speaks. "Why did you do that?"
-
Jason thought about his answer for a few moments, before finally replying with a soft voice, "You ain't done nothin' wrong, so why wouldn't I? Y'seem like a good person, and you're just a kiddo."

-
"Well, luckily for you, I consider meself to be a decent human bein'. Plus, being the baddie just ain't any fun, now is it? I'd much rather be praised as a hero."
-
Edited by Crestfalling: 9/14/2016 12:26:35 AM"Everyone's the hero of their own story. It's human nature." There was a hint of bitterness in her voice.
-
"The fact that I'm a hero in my story, don't mean that I'm the hero in the stories of others.. So, tell li'l ol' Jason.. Am I the hero in yer story? Or a baddie?"
-
Edited by Crestfalling: 9/14/2016 1:44:48 AM"Call me naïve for thinking this way, but you did just save my life."
Why am I reading Jason's quotes in a stereotypical Irish voice?
-
"Eh, fair enough, lass. Now, you just stay 'ere and relax, ya got that? You need to rest. Otherwise ya wounds ain't gonna heal."
That's how he's meant to sound, lmao. With a dash of Texan.
-
The girl shrugs. "I don't think I have much of a choice here."
-
"So.. Care to share what the fück happened to ya? 'Cause somethin' must've happened.. I mean, bulletholes, fractured forearm.."
-
"I'm being hunted down. By very bad, very powerful people."
-
"You musta screwed up real bad, then.. Or problems with yer ol' paps, eh? Either way; you're safe and damned sound in this 'ere place."
-
"I wouldn't say safe and sound, but certainly in a better position for the time being."
-
"This 'ere Dojo place holds some o' the finest warriors, mind ye, lass. Plus, this place got some mighty fine protection."
-
"Yet all it takes is a simple fight for someone to enter."
-
Jason opened his blue eyes wide, before furrowing his eyebrows and pursing his lightly coloured lips with a small nod. "That's true.."
