The cold rumble of the wheels against the road signaled the approaching figure, donning a black suit of armor and a holographic interface... Damien Lordan.
He had heard of this place... Forgotten in time and space... A relic between the old warriors and divine specs of stardust that guided his life... Probably too deep a thought, but he got metaphorical when he was interested.
He revved the engine of his sleek white motorcycle, stopping at the foreground before the awe-inspiring gates of the dojo. Rail-Sniper at his back... Swords at his hips. His interface buzzed like an angry hive as it observed the surroundings. He was ready... Ready for anything... Sorta. Just as much as his bullets could handle.
Open for testing! Or interaction if that's what you want to do.
I was standing against a wall off to the left of him, in plain sight. Wasn't often we got visitors that actually had armor that looked like it worked as armor, and not just a badass effect. I put my foot under the rim of my helmet, which was on the ground beside me, and flipped the helmet up to my hands, and slipped it on. Didn't want him to get a good look at my face, not yet, anyways. After putting on my helmet, I walked up to him, NCR Ranger Combat Armor shining in the sun. "Hey there. What brings you to our fine Dojo?"
-
"Uh... Tales and legends. The same straight shit." The mechanical voice replied, Damien pointing to the large gates with a lazy nod. "Figured I'd see the home of the Martyr, and fighting grounds for Courier Six. Lots of respect there." He chuckles and folded his arms, his chest piece making a crumpling noise with the movement. "Name's Judge. You?"
-
"Grant. Called Ranger Grant by most. Also, did you mention the Courier? He's done some damn fine work for the NCR. You ever meet him here, tell him the NCR appreciates him. Anyways, how the hell did you get a bike in here? Up the steps?"
-
"Practice." He said, not mentioning the magnetized wheels that circulated off two polar charges in the initial wheels. "So, goes that means I'm put on hold for a bit..."
Looks like you got Zane already, ish I still needed?
The intercom buzzed back One moment! The gates rumbled as they open, and a young man walks out. A sheathed Greatsword rested on his back, and a 9mm pistol was holstered on his right thigh. Nice ride.
-
"Thanks... I suppose." The man replies through a mechanical filter, his voice hidden as much as the rest of him. His sound sensors pinged forward as he spoke. "I take it you are a... Guard of some kind... Warrior...?"
-
Names Rorek. I'm the son of the local blacksmith here. He tilts his head to the side, thinking Yeah, guess I am a warrior. I take it you seek entry?
-
"Entry would be nice. Heard lots about this place... Good and bad. Thought I'd come and judge for myself. Name is Damien by the way... But some call me Boss, or Judge... Whatever tickles your fancy." He gives a mock bow and chuckles slightly, his armor rippling with every slight little movement as it conformed to the change in weight and pressure.
-
He bows slightly and readies himself, his fists glows a dark red. The challenger may make the first move.

Edited by Chesh I Guess: 9/12/2016 6:31:16 AM"Well... Alright. I won't go for the privates if you do the same..." He jokes, as pulls a grenade from his belt, a small little thing with a white stripe across the top. He quickly unclips it and loves it forward as it bursts into a volley of bright light and ear piecing noise... A flash bang... When the white light finally clears... Damien stands farther back, Rail gun at the ready, blue laser sight pointed at Rorek's chest.
-
Oh shit..... He quickly runs forward, dashing from side to side as he attempts to close in.
-
Rorek moved to fast for Damien's helmet to get a lock, so he fired from direct aim, a .50 caliber bullet like object clipping Rorek in the shoulder... But not quite piercing skin. Instead a numbing sensation began to set in... Like he his shoulder and upper arm was being slowed. Luckily the bullets were non-lethal... Damien wasn't out for blood... Just entrance. "It's easier when people stand still..." He remarks, back stepping avoid a melee confrontation... Likelihood was that he was outmatched up close.
-
Damn, what the hell is this? He staggers back from the force of the shot, and draws his 9mm with his right hand. He takes aim and fires, aura infused bullets flying at Damien.
-
"Fūck my li-..." Damien is quickly cut short as the bullets begin to rain into his armor, three lodging into the ceramic fibered plating, three more deflected off as his energy shielding kicked in... But they had taken most of the power. The armor and shielding had saved him from immediate damage... But now his shields were low... And his armor had bullets lodged in, making the core plating less rigid and expandable. Damien quickly followed up with a rubber bullet, firing it at Rorek's chest in an attempt to stagger, or at least distract him. This one wouldn't pierce armor... And he didn't know quite what he was packing just yet.

Edited by XxZANExX13: 9/12/2016 7:03:26 AMOh come - Rorek gets cut off as the bullet hits his chest, knocking the wind out of him. He clutches his chest with his right arm, and tries moving his left. No good huh, figures.
-
Damien's rifle had to be specially bolt loaded for the non-lethals... It could normally hold a clip of nine, but these specialty bullets came in different shapes and sizes... Quickly, using the time he had bought for himself, loaded another round, a red typed small canister like device that seemed to rattle slightly. Quickly, he took aim for Rorek's chest once more, his helmet getting a solid lock as waits for the initial rail coil to charge up.
-
He looks up, his right hand glowing red "Oh no, not again...." He quickly send a wave of force at Damien.
-
The shield wasn't able to interpret the energy, not kicking in to stop it, but his armor managed to withhold any damage that might have come... Unfortunately, it still staggered him and he toppled over with a grunt, pulling a semi-auto hand gun from its holster at his left hip, and firing away dense carbon fiber non-lethal stun rounds... Mini-tazers.
-
Son of a- Electricity crackles around his body, stunning him.
-
Damien grips the release of the gun's hammer, and reloads, thrusting in sticky rounds before rushing to his feet, firing off three shots in quick succession towards Rorek's feet. Anything to keep him at a distance...
-
He recovers just in time for the rounds to hit him, and he is now stuck What the shit is this?!
-
"That would be gorilla glue compounds mixed with tar." Holstering his pistol and pulling a small circular device from his belt... Like a black orb. "Alright... Let's speed this up..." Damien quickly tosses the small orb into the air as he steps back, drawing a small black knife from a sheath on his shoulder.
-
He uses his aura to burn the glue off, and readies himself for an attack.
