We all have areas in which we could improve, but which personal flaw of yours causes you or those around you the most trouble or grief?
Maybe you're too abrasive, or perhaps lacking in confidence, or possibly in need of better judgement. Whatever you feel it may be, share.

I'm having difficulty answering this. I know that there are things about my personality that others would think are flaws, but I do not see them as flaws. I know that in the end, my personality helps the people in my most immediate circle of relevant peers by elevating and motivating them. My personality keeps me sane, and affords me the ability to accomplish my dreams. Perhaps I'm not flawless, which is a pretty good assumption to make, but I don't think any flaws I may have are very counterproductive or dangerous to my prosperity.
