All engrams dropped are decrypting way below my actual light level, making improving my gear impossible. Also when I use my Starfire Protocol exotic chestpiece I no longer gain a second fusion grenade ( which i used to get before I stopped playing a while ago) Yes I am aware the grenades do not stack to 3 grenades but i am not even getting two with the Starfire Protocol equipped, with the perk unlocked with sunsinger class equipped with fusion grenades on. I have checked online and a couple of people seemed to have reported this also.
