What is this Owl Sector stuff!?
Seriously, what....?!
Since when have owls ever been a thing? Is this another expansion, or maybe relevant to a mission?
Maybe I'm just high off my rocker and expect some underlying meaning because of all the Sombra stuff that's going on with OW, but I don't recognize anything here besides the emblem of the Vanguard.

I just ran a level 41 PoE and got Splendor 2.6 from the guys already in there, then the next match a new third came in and got infected off of the both of us. Doesn't seem to transfer in the Tower, at least not the reef. Spent 5 mins or so standing next to random people who weren't moving and weren't infected and nothing happened

9 RepliesI got 3.2 brilliance and 2.1 glory on my warlock. My head has a green swarm around it. In the crucible I saw someone with a purple swarm around their head, but nothing transferred from him, so I don't know if the color is effected by having certain perks.

In the weekly update there's a small paragraph saying "there's been unauthorized transmission of tech mites that may increase XP, but this has yet to be substantiated."
