owl sector is to do with Siva when you click 5552585355 (URXSU (hex to acii)) you get the start positions for the 4th raid monitor, how ever the unsolved part is when you click restart you get a page with an unsolved encrypted message with a base point and 1 of 8 encryption keys but I believe this to be a Siva fragment tracker and once you have them all you have all 8 keys and can access a CMD console on the website ;) good luck. hint: URXSU usually means super user (admin permissions) in old unix systems
