Definitely the Dusk Palace is where I got the Brilliance 3.2 and Magnificent 2.0 buffs.

Actually, youd want to do it now because nightfall strikes have the highest chance of dropping their specific loot. Last time Dust Palace was the nightfall I ran it like 6 times and got all 3 cloaks

I got those in the crucible though. When i did the nightfall i didnt get it

I was in the Heroic Strike Playlist and was just playing with random players. At the second door, in the Dusk Palace, that you need to open. We got the transmission just after we cleared the room.
