I wonder if OWL could be Off World something like OWT seen on Mars is Off World Transit....can't think of anything appropriate for the L though :/

Since the virus apparently originates from the Dust Palace, the Martian warmind Charlemagne could be vaccinating us to protect us against SIVA. This could also give some validity to the theory that Clovis Bray labs created SIVA, and they gave the warmind a vaccine.
