Since the virus apparently originates from the Dust Palace, the Martian warmind Charlemagne could be vaccinating us to protect us against SIVA. This could also give some validity to the theory that Clovis Bray labs created SIVA, and they gave the warmind a vaccine.

Yeah but weapon lancet and orbital would suggest it comes from a warmind. So if it spreads to much Rasputin may cleanse us with an orbital death from above. Get it?
