This sounds weird and probably isn't what happened but here's the deal: I was in the crucible on The Drifter and I'm not sure if I got it from another guardian or not, but I got Brilliance 3.2. What's weird is literally a second after I got it, the entire server got it, seemingly without any mass death. I watched it happen in the kill list above abilities. Thoughts anyone?
