So, Bungie set up these OWL diseases to get people to quit playing their game? Anyone else see a flaw in this logic?

or... they did it to see if people would listen to the transmissions and follow their plan.
-
This is essentially a pre patch. The events that lead up to a expansion. If people do like playing they should have left long time ago.

I personally think Bungie set up some of the OWL shit to try and make us waste all our saved items. People are using up motes and stuff to spam their faction rep because one gives a boost. So come Tuesday they would have wasted it all and not be able to do a big faction boost after to get new RoI gear. It's like the 335+ exotic boots and Trespasser. Added to get Guardians to use up exotic Engrams chasing this new gear instead of saving it up.

That's my theory on it bro

I bought 2000 heavy ammos from xur today...all for next Tuesday

Good good :)

I will just use it long enough to rank and edge back up.
-
Actually thats smart thinking, your probably right lol.
-
Well, the only people to blame are the people using up their boosters. I have over 20 of each booster, amd not planning on using any of them until RoI drops
-
I plan on just taking advantage of the small boost, not trying to blow my faction level sky high before the DLC. I plan on saving my materials to trade in for RoI. If somebody doesn't have the self restraint for that, that's laughable.

I agree
