As someone who's stayed off of destiny for the past week or so I have no buff. Keep your space herpes to yourself

You get them from just by playing the game. At first people could only get it from Nightfall when it was Dust Palace and then it spread to where any activity that allows you to have a fellow Guardian in it may give it to you. Crucible seems to be the nesting grounds for the virus as that is where many people get it.
