I just find it hard to believe that Bungie would make it almost entirely based on luck for people to get them all. Makes no sense. Why let some people get 5 boosts and screw over others who didn't get them all at once?

All 5 boosts do the same as if you have 1 boost ,2, 3 and so on no extra xp for 1 or 5
