Got one more on The Iron Tomb! When you enter Archon's Forge (forgive me for misspelling or plain wrongness of the name, I've passed the point but just found this thread) There's one in the hall attached to the platform immediately to your left. You'll see it immediately; it's located to the right at the very end.
